This is because we support our customers in German, Italian, and French, among others. How you will contribute: • Ensuring a positive customer experience on the phone • Telephone processing of customer requests regarding insurance questions • Independent telephone and written specialist advice for our customers and partners (authorities, offices, etc.) • Creating offers for existing customers • Maintaining customer data and performing mutations in our systems What distinguishes you: • You have successfully completed your basic commercial training. Initial experience in the health insurance industry is an advantage. • You are prepared to successfully complete the VBV training with certificate before starting the position. • You already bring experience in telephone customer contact. • In addition to fluent German skills, you have at least very good knowledge of Italian or French. Any further language is a plus. • Your customer-oriented actions distinguish you. • You are IT affine and can operate several systems / programs simultaneously. • You keep a cool head even in turbulent times.
