• You benefit from 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner function or in a position offering comparable responsibilities.
• You commonly use MS Office tools and are proficient in ERP systems as well as human resources management software.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a strong sense of responsibility and a real ability to manage complex situations with discernment.
• You are recognized for your confidence, your ability to take initiative, to advise managers and to work autonomously.
