HR Business Partner 80-100% (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Business Partner 80-100% (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will accompany managers in steering and developing their teams by supporting them in performance evaluation, talent identification and the implementation of suitable development plans. • You will advise line managers on human resources issues and provide them with pragmatic recommendations, in compliance with the legal framework and internal policies. • You will ensure the follow-up of the employee journey throughout their life cycle, from their integration to their departure, including internal mobility, professional development and the management of individual situations. • You will take charge of complex or sensitive HR situations and contribute to maintaining a positive, respectful and conducive to collaboration working climate. • You will ensure the uniform application of HR policies, procedures and practices in order to guarantee their consistency within the organization. • You will participate in compensation processes, salary reviews, job evaluations, market analyses as well as workforce planning exercises. • You will collaborate closely with different stakeholders in order to ensure effective management of HR issues and to provide close support to teams. • You will contribute to the development, deployment and continuous improvement of HR projects, tools and processes. • You will implement actions promoting skill development, employee engagement and talent retention. • You will monitor legal developments and HR best practices in order to propose solutions adapted to the needs of the organization and to accompany its evolution. Your profile: • You hold a higher education degree, completed by a Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or a title deemed equivalent. • You benefit from 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner function or in a position offering comparable responsibilities. • You commonly use MS Office tools and are proficient in ERP systems as well as human resources management software. • You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a strong sense of responsibility and a real ability to manage complex situations with discernment. • You are recognized for your confidence, your ability to take initiative, to advise managers and to work autonomously. • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and naturally adapt your communication to various interlocutors • You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German represents an advantage.
