Project Manager Corporate Development 80 - 100% ###

In this versatile function, you will support the hospital management in managing the hospital-wide project portfolio, independently lead strategic projects and accompany organizational changes. In doing so, you will work closely with the directorate and the various specialist departments.

Your challenge ##

• Management of strategic projects: Independent planning and management of strategic projects, especially for the further development of the service offering and for infrastructure projects. You are responsible for project goals, milestones, risks and successful implementation.
• Project management & change management: Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders, monitoring of deadlines and project goals as well as accompanying organizational change processes.
• Project portfolio & methodology: Collaboration in the management of the hospital-wide project portfolio, further development of project management standards as well as conducting project reviews and lessons-learned workshops.
• Process analysis & requirements: Analysis of processes, collection of requirements and identification of optimization potential in close coordination with the responsible specialist departments.

Your profile ##

• Completed Master's degree in economics or social sciences, health management, organizational development or comparable
• Experience in the independent management of projects, ideally in healthcare
• Sound knowledge of project management methods such as HERMES or PRINCE2 and/or in agile approaches
• Experience in accompanying change processes and in organizational development
• Structured, independent way of working with high quality standards and an eye for detail
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as diplomatic skill and humor
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage
