Service Desk Employee (a) 100% [Ref:2615]

per immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• First point of contact for error reports and change requests from users
• Analysis and remote resolution of incidents
• Forwarding complex cases to the 2nd/3rd Level Support
• Recording, classification, prioritization, assignment, and closure of tickets
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software according to internal specifications
• User and authorization management including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensuring the availability of hardware, software, and network
• Maintenance of the IT inventory (hardware, software, network components)
• Building and maintaining the knowledge base for the documentation of solutions

Your profile

• Completed IT training or career changer with high IT affinity
• Many years of professional experience in customer support
• Experience in Service Desk or IT support is an advantage
• Confident handling of O365
• Flawless reputation is mandatory
• Very good German and French skills (at least level C1) and/or good Italian skills (at least level B2) are required
