Dispatcher Core Central

You plan, coordinate, and control the assignments of our ICT technical teams and ensure that orders are executed efficiently, on time, and in a customer-oriented manner. In doing so, you maintain an overview even with short-term changes and contribute significantly to smooth operational operations.

Your tasks

You coordinate and dispatch service orders taking into account competencies, availability, region, priorities, and service levels.
You plan daily assignments and optimize driving routes for efficient resource utilization.
You arrange appointments with customers and ensure professional communication.
You monitor ongoing orders, recognize the need for action early, and initiate the necessary measures.
You react flexibly to outages, malfunctions, or short-term changes and adjust the deployment planning accordingly.
You process inquiries via the dispatcher mailbox and ensure the follow-up of open pending items.
You work closely with internal departments such as Order Handling, Workload Management, and Project Coordination.
You maintain and update relevant data in the planning systems used.
You recognize risks and capacity bottlenecks early and actively contribute suggestions for improvement.
You support other dispatch areas as needed and make an important contribution to mutual substitution within the team.

What you bring with you

Professional experience in dispatching, deployment planning, or a comparable coordinative function
Strong organizational talent and a structured way of working
High resilience as well as the ability to set priorities correctly even in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance towards internal and external contact persons
Confident handling of digital planning tools and IT applications
Knowledge of WFM and mRIC is an advantage
Very good German skills, other national languages are a plus
Team spirit, initiative, and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
