Head of Business Applications, CRM & Analytics

80-100% As Head of Business Applications, CRM & Analytics, you are responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Business Applications, CRM & Analytics department. Together with your teams, you continuously develop the application landscape, CRM solutions, as well as analytics and data platforms. Together with your team, you create the foundation for personalized customer experiences, sound decisions, and data-based corporate management.
