You are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure that all work is carried out according to the highest standards of safety, quality, and service excellence. Your main tasks • Planning & Coordination: Organize repair orders for your team and yourself. • Technical expertise: Independently carry out repairs on elevators and escalators. • Safety responsibility: Identify risks and consistently implement safety processes. • Team leadership & coaching: Integrate new employees, monitor training status, and promote the development of your team. • Quality improvement: Support the implementation of improvement measures and define training needs together with the Service Manager. • Customer care: Be the face of OTIS towards our customers and build long-term relationships. What you bring • Completed technical training (electromechanics, mechatronics, or comparable). • Experience in repairing elevator systems or similar electromechanical systems. • Leadership skills and enjoyment of coaching on the job. • Safe handling of modern technology and smartphone apps. • Driver's license category B. • Very good German language skills.
