What you drive * You support the leadership and organization of the staff restaurant, represent the site management during absences, and lead 11 employees. * You produce hot and cold dishes as well as sandwiches and ensure an attractive sales offering. * You are responsible for orders, goods reception, cash settlements, and consumption recording. * You ensure compliance with HACCP, quality, and occupational safety regulations. * You support the training of apprentices, ensure service-oriented guest contact, and participate in projects.
