GVTG is an independent public-law service company based in Frauenfeld. It is managed according to non-profit but economic principles and insures buildings in the Canton of Thurgau against fire and natural hazards, promotes fire departments, and deals with damage prevention in the interest of protecting persons and property. The legal mandate of GVTG is based in particular on the Building Insurance Act and the Fire Protection Act. Due to the upcoming maternity leave of our colleague, we are looking for a convincing personality to strengthen the Customer Service team, effective immediately or by arrangement. Project Manager and Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) 60 – 80 % The Customer Service team is the first point of contact for the customers of GVTG and implements projects to improve customer-oriented business processes. The Customer Service team is embedded in the Legal Department and supports it as required. What awaits you with us The focus of your work lies in area-related and company-wide project work Depending on the project orientation, you will undertake project management You will act as the deputy for the project portfolio managers You will contribute actively to the team, recognize potential for improvement, and support us in continuously developing processes.
