What you move * You take on a technical leadership role and supervise a manageable number of employees with the same functions * You implement the tasks of the department independently according to the instructions received * You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines * You take on simple management tasks in the production system and actively contribute your broad knowledge of the products * You produce semi-finished and finished products in charcuterie production * You operate machines and are responsible for their setup, care and preparatory work * You will be deployed as a floater in the production area and independently perform specialized work that arises What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: (e.g. Fleischfachmann/-frau or Lebensmitteltechnologein) Professional experience: You have sound practical and implementation knowledge in an expanded area of responsibility (e.g. products, plant operation, hygiene and safety regulations) You show openness to change and bring coordinative skills * You are physically resilient and ready to work in an environment with noise, cold and draught * You have practical experience in meat processing and are polyvalent * You are ready to take on irregular working hours and shift work * You live the values of the Migros-Gruppe and are committed to occupational safety and compliance * German (B1) Only online applications via the application portal will be considered.
