Inventory & Material Management Monitoring of material control activities to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability. Controlling of inventory levels as well as implementation of measures to avoid capacity bottlenecks and to optimize warehouse space utilization. Planning and implementation of projects to optimize warehouse processes and warehouse structures. Monitoring and execution of GMP-relevant activities in the warehouse and logistics area, including cycle counting and independent controls during JIT re-labeling, as an essential control point to ensure the integrity and compliance of all processes. Coordination of segregation and destruction activities including retain sample management in accordance with approved procedures. Conducting regular warehouse inspections to verify compliance, order, and cleanliness as well as operational effectiveness. Monitoring of material management including proper handling and documentation. Support of SAP processes as well as acting as Key User for warehouse and inventory-related processes. Planning and coordination of material transfers between WAG and external WAG warehouses, taking into account available warehouse capacities as well as production and distribution planning. Disposal of identified materials according to WAG guidelines in close cooperation with warehouse personnel and the WAG EHS group. Monitoring of temperature-sensitive storage areas in external warehouses. Management of purchase orders in connection with warehouse and distribution activities. Calculation of inventory values for insurance and financial reporting requirements. Quality Systems and Compliance Management of deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls in accordance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements. Coordination of complaint investigations and ensuring timely processing. Creation, review, updating, and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documents. Support in the updating of QMS chapters and quality-relevant documentation. Support during internal and external audits as well as regulatory inspections. Preparation of audit responses as well as management of audit-related CAPAs. Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and internal company quality standards. Timely completion of all prescribed training in accordance with the training plan. Operational Excellence and Projects Leading and supporting projects such as simulation studies, warehouse optimization initiatives, and process improvement programs. Development, monitoring, and maintenance of operational and quality-relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). Support in the development and implementation of distribution plans to ensure uninterrupted supply. Identification of improvement potential in processes as well as implementation of sustainable optimization measures.
