Hotline Specialist Bern | 80-100% This is your contribution Process telephone and written inquiries (First-Level-Support) from members of the army, command posts, commanders and citizens on topics ranging from orientation day to recruitment to discharge from military service duty of a member of the army – partly in Italian and öisish language Support users of the service manager, the digital platform for interaction between army members and the administration, and process access and operational questions Provide solution-oriented information and situation-appropriate advice, forward complex or non-specialist concerns to the responsible specialist departments Maintain and continuously update the knowledge base for frequent questions to ensure uniform information and service quality Maintain close exchange with other departments to improve customer satisfaction What makes you unique Commercial vocational training with experience in customer support as well as good knowledge of the army organization Communication skills and teamwork skills Responsible, independent way of working and pronounced customer-oriented behavior Existing military training is an advantage, ideally higher non-commissioned officer or officer of the army Very good oral as well as written knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, good knowledge of a third official language In a nutshell The Personnel of the Army accompanies members of the army from recruitment to discharge from military service. Kdo Ausb includes the Higher Cadre Training, the Personnel of the Army, five training associations, the training center as well as the specialist office Women in the Army and Diversity.
