Your tasks consist of, •spoiling our residents and our guests daily with fresh and high-quality dishes. •helping with the controlling of goods procurement. •helping to shape the menu. •working in the kitchen in our public restaurant (day shift). •complying with quality standards and hygiene regulations. •helping with the training of our apprentices. •supporting the team leadership in all tasks. You are a good fit for us if you •have completed training as a Koch/Köchin EFZ. •can ideally already demonstrate professional experience as a Souschef/in or ambitious Chef de Partie. •value an independent and structured way of working. •are a team-oriented personality with quality awareness. •can demonstrate good German skills in speaking and writing.
