Area of responsibility • You support the Restaurant Management in the leadership of guest operations at the Burgdorf and Langnau locations and take over the deputy role in their absence • You actively participate in restaurant operations as well as in internal and external events and ensure a smooth process • You plan the assignments of the employees and ensure personnel deployment according to requirements • You take over cash closures as well as orders of food and other consumables according to internal specifications • Together with the kitchen and team, you ensure competent, warm guest care • You participate in sales, in the planning and implementation of internal and external events as well as promotions • You record guest feedback, derive suitable measures and contribute to reports, meetings and projects • You ensure compliance with food hygiene and our internal quality specifications Profile • You have completed training in gastronomy or hotel management • You bring experience in restaurant operations; leadership training or initial leadership experience is an advantage • You are a guest-oriented and communicative personality and enjoy working with different people • You act reliably, keep an overview even in hectic situations and set priorities clearly • You convince through specialist competence, assertiveness and networked thinking • You have very good German skills in spoken and written form • You are ready to take on shifts according to the duty roster, including weekend and holiday shifts Our offer Vacation GAV Culinary Modern Menschlich Mittendrin Parking Events Discounts • Vacation • GAV • Culinary • Modern Menschlich Mittendrin • Parking • Events • Discounts Information Further information will be gladly provided by Tibor Rakoczy, Head of Gastronomy, Tel. 034 421 21 42.
