As a Warranty Specialist (m/w/d), you will work at our location in Cham ZG in the Warranty department within the Technical Services area and take on an important role in the quality process of our brands.

This position offers you the opportunity to develop towards a Warranty Supervisor in the future.

What you can achieve with us ##

• Warranty & goodwill processing: You check and process brand-transcending applications from warranty, goodwill, Totalmobil!, field actions and service / service packages
• Quality assurance: You analyze conspicuous invoices, record findings in writing and report irregularities in processing
• Technical support & communication: You provide written and telephone information in the area of warranty / goodwill / field actions and support our service partners with questions or application entry
• Team support: You ensure partner support within the team and process tickets as well as telephone inquiries efficiently and solution-oriented
• Warranty Audit: You carry out warranty audits on-site or remotely and ensure the quality of compliance with manufacturer specifications

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You bring completed basic automotive technical training as well as at least three years of professional experience in a technical or administrative automotive environment
• Education / Further training: Ideally, you have additional commercial training or comparable further training that facilitates administrative processing
• Language skills: You communicate with business fluency in German and have good French or Italian skills (min. B1)
• Digital Skills: You work routinely with M365 applications, SAGA/2 as well as SAP and move quickly in manufacturer-specific systems. You naturally use digital tools, including AI-supported applications such as Microsoft Copilot, in your daily work
• Personality Fit: You work precisely and solution-oriented, communicate clearly with various contact persons and bring the necessary openness and willingness to learn to develop further in the team and the specialist field
