On behalf of our client from Geneva, in the banking sector, we are looking for a student who is available for a part-time job during the week from Monday to Friday 16h/20h.
Your mission
Provide 1st level IT assistance to the company's internal users
Handle IT assistance requests received by telephone, portal and email
Record incidents by previously defining their processing priority
Analyze and resolve level 1 incidents and then write the incident report
Your profile
You are available several evenings per week between 16h and 20h
CFC Informatique
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of ticket request management (Service Desk)
In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.
English B2 minimum
Rigorous, organized and structured.
Swiss residence mandatory (for at least 3 years)
