With an overview, you will further develop our change and release management, coordinate cross-service releases and assume in our organization in clusters and streams coordination tasks that are often assigned to a Release Train Engineer in other organizations. Change & Release Manager\*in 80 - 100% # What you will accomplish • As a central point of contact, you are responsible for change and release management and continuously develop processes, standards as well as governance. • You are responsible for the global planning of releases in close collaboration with the Deployment Manager, the Test Manager as well as external partners and service providers. You coordinate release contents, the release schedule, maintenance windows and dependencies. • You plan, pilot and accompany changes and releases through several streams and clusters and ensure their successful implementation. • As a pivot between the organization in clusters and streams, operations as well as external partners, you coordinate the inter-organizational information flow and create transparency on release progress, risks and their impacts. • With your inter-organizational vision, you identify risks and dependencies early, create solid decision bases for stakeholders and contribute to a successful IT delivery. • You actively encourage continuous improvements in change and release management and support the development of our agile organization in clusters and streams. What you bring • A university degree (Uni/FH) or an equivalent training constitutes the basis of your profile. • You distinguish yourself through several years of experience in change management, release management, IT Delivery or in a comparable coordination function as well as through experience in complex IT organizations. • Ideally, you know agile organizational forms such as organizations in clusters and streams and bring experience in cross-service release planning, release coordination as well as stakeholder management. Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum are also familiar to you. • Knowledge in the banking or insurance sector is an advantage. Experience with the central banking system Avaloq will facilitate your integration. • Analytical thinking, organizational talent and a structured way of working help you to understand complex contexts, to identify risks early and to develop pragmatic solutions.
