The team follows and supports seven children within a French-speaking group in a semi-inpatient setting in a beautiful environment in Bienne. Your tasks • You work with motivated colleagues within an interdisciplinary team, in which the fields of medicine, therapy, pedagogy and nursing are represented • You commit yourself to the well-being of the children and you are interested in systemic work. • Close interdisciplinary cooperation requires commitment, flexibility and team spirit • You ensure that you integrate the children and adolescents as well as the adults in your care at the center of your reflections and actions • You attach importance to the perspective-taking of your ideas and your acts and you want to expand your knowledge Your profile • You have completed HES training in social work, experience in the care of school-age children as well as good skills in German • You demonstrate enthusiasm, autonomy, stress resistance as well as the willingness to dialogue appropriately with our patients and their relatives • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment • You have good IT skills • You are a native French speaker (or German) with very good knowledge of the other language, oral and written UPZ As a university clinic, the University Psychiatric Services of Bern (UPZ) is the main center of competence in psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region.
