Team Leader: in E-Shop Logistics

Tasks • Together with the other team leaders, you lead and coordinate an area with around 50 employees on-site in the warehouse area and ensure a smooth process in daily operational business • In the functional and organizational leadership of the area, you support the department manager and take over full deputy duties during his absence • In the event of deviations, disruptions, or personnel challenges, you act as the central contact person, analyze the causes, and promptly initiate suitable measures • You keep an eye on the ongoing logistics processes and ensure that quality standards, safety regulations, operational specifications, and internal guidelines are consistently adhered to • You actively promote good cooperation between the teams, accompany the team leaders in their leadership work, and drive the continuous optimization of processes Requirements • A completed basic education as a Logistiker EFZ or a comparable training forms your professional basis. Further training as a Logistikfachfrau or Logistikfachmann with a federal professional diploma is an advantage • You bring several years of leadership experience in an operational logistics, production, or shipping environment. Experience in leading leaders is an advantage • Entrepreneurial thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, and a confident overview even with high workloads and in demanding situations characterize you • As a responsible, assertive, and team-oriented leader, you motivate employees, make decisions, and strengthen cohesion within the team • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good knowledge of common IT systems round off your profile.
