Responsibilities:

Process Automation & Solution Development

  • Work closely with teams across the organization to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Design and build internal automation and AI-enabled solutions, including assistants, agents, document workflows, extraction and classification, and knowledge search.
  • Build and maintain integrations between AI services and systems such as SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence, Zoho, and other internal tools using APIs, webhooks, scripting, and automation tools.

Solution Ownership & Operations

  • Take ownership of solutions beyond the prototype stage, including testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and further develop existing automation and AI solutions across the organization.
  • Establish reusable standards for integrations, access controls, testing, monitoring, error handling, documentation, and human review.

AI Enablement & Governance

  • Support teams in evaluating automation and AI ideas, developing suitable solutions, and using approved tools effectively.
  • Identify and prioritize internal automation and AI use cases based on value, feasibility, effort, data sensitivity, risk, and expected adoption.
  • Work closely with IT, Security, Privacy, Quality Management, Regulatory, Legal, and other relevant experts to translate agreed requirements into practical technical controls.

Requierements:

  • Professional experience in software engineering, automation engineering, systems integration, internal tooling, or a comparable hands-on technical role.
  • Proven experience independently designing, building, and maintaining software, integrations, or automation solutions used in day-to-day operations.
  • Strong practical programming or scripting skills and experience working with APIs, webhooks, data sources, business systems, and automation or integration tools.
  • Practical familiarity with generative AI, AI assistants, or AI-supported workflows. Deep machine-learning or AI research expertise is not required.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets management, logging, monitoring, and basic cloud-security practices.
  • Ability to understand operational problems and translate them into pragmatic, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, or another regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data protection by design, information-security controls, quality management systems, or regulated software processes.
  • Experience with AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise search, document extraction and classification, AI evaluation, or workflow monitoring.
  • Experience with low-code or no-code automation platforms alongside traditional software development.

You will work closely with the responsible compliance, security, privacy, quality, AI, and regulatory experts. You are not expected to make governance or regulatory decisions independently; your responsibility is to understand agreed requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and operational controls.
