Activities • Receipt and delegation of various tasks from the management • Coordination between the departments • Guest care and reception • Reservation control • Guest accounting with the hotel program Protel • Control of guest invoices and overnight rates • Support of employees in active sales (via telephone and face-to-face) • Creation of invoices for travel agencies • Creation of duty rosters • Elaboration of travel agency contracts and determination of contingents • Participation in management meetings and minute-taking • Creation and sending of newsletters as well as winter and summer mailings • Sales and planning • Maintenance of the homepage and internet portals • Complaint Management • Sporadic takeover of reception duties • Creation of the weekly forecast Requirements: • Languages: D, E, F in spoken and written form • Very good IT skills (Word, Excel, correspondence) • swift comprehension • Assertiveness • service consciousness • sense of responsibility • communication strength • helpfulness and collegiality • organizational talent and flexibility • "active" cooperation: identifying deficiencies and contributing suggestions for improvement • loyalty
