Job Description
The position to be filled is addressed to a professional capable of guaranteeing quality, organization and rigor on a daily basis. The Cook will be a key player in team coordination and production.
The establishment values teamwork, collaboration and culinary excellence.
The Cook operates in the kitchen and at service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day distributed across three concepts. He plans and implements the Mobil Cook, supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As a reference for hygiene, quality and maintenance, he also manages orders and inventories. The hours are from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 15:00 with some exceptional evening interventions.
Profile sought
We are looking for a candidate with confirmed experience in collective catering, ideally Eldora, with recognized and structured management. The person must be well-presented, discreet and capable of collaborating with other chefs and support services. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
