We are looking for a committed, independent and service-oriented person who convinces with technical expertise, pleasure in customer contact and a hands-on mentality.   IT Supporter   These are your tasks: • You are the first point of contact for our employees in 1st-level support and provide competent support for IT issues • You analyze and solve application and system problems related to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and our banking software Finnova • You are responsible for setting up and configuring workplaces (hardware and software) and ensuring that our employees are optimally equipped. • You take care of further hardware components such as printers, multifunction printers, as well as mobile devices and coordinate technician deployments • You manage the IT warehouse and are responsible for ordering hardware and software. • You evaluate new software solutions and accompany their introduction • You create understandable user manuals, training materials and documentation • You plan and conduct training sessions - remotely or on site - for our employees • You actively work on the continuous optimization of our support processes   You bring: • Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, media specialist EFZ or a commercial or technical basic training with corresponding IT further education or practical experience • Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in IT support, preferably in a banking environment • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint) • Experience with Finnova or a comparable banking software is an advantage • Quick comprehension as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working • Pleasure in contact with users as well as pronounced communication and team skills • Flexibility and willingness to carry out deployments on site in our branches   What you can look forward to You can expect a varied and responsible activity in an innovative and collegial environment.
