Your contribution to success ## As an HR Business Partner, you are the central contact person for managers in the Operations production area as well as the Finance, Digital Solutions, and Products, Sustainability & Strategy areas. You work closely to the business, understand its challenges, and ensure that HR solutions are not only conceptually convincing but also work in everyday life. In doing so, you do not think in terms of responsibilities, but in terms of solutions and impact. Your tasks include, in particular: • Advising and sparring with managers on operational and high-level HR issues • Proactive support of the business during personnel, organizational, and cultural changes • Independent processing of demanding labor law topics • Support during reorganizations, change processes, and the further development of teams • Participation in projects • Support of performance, talent, succession, and development topics • Active cooperation with specialized, international, and supra-regional HR functions • Identifying potential for improvement as well as developing and implementing new approaches • Active co-design of the future HR organization and its cooperation with the business • Ensuring professional and legally secure personnel work Are you ready? ## You fit this role particularly well if you bring the following: • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function • A commercial basic education and further training at HF/FH level in Human Resources • Sound experience along the entire employee lifecycle • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law • Confidence in dealing with demanding employee relations and leadership topics • Experience in an international and complex corporate environment • Ideally experience with production areas • Experience in supporting change projects • Strong business understanding and a good sense for different stakeholders • Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage • The ability to provide orientation in an environment that is not yet fully defined • The ability to question things without losing sight of feasibility • Advising and challenging managers in a partnership-based manner • Taking responsibility and acting in a solution-oriented manner Ideally at 4B ## We are an ambitious company that achieves goals and celebrates successes together.
