Process Manager / Business Analyst The Pädagogische Hochschule Luzern is a competence and impulse center for teacher training, pedagogy, and didactics. It includes various degree programs with around 2'500 students in training, as well as the areas of research & development and continuing education & services. For the digitalization project regarding the IT-supported processes of school administration, we have the following position to fill by agreement: Process Manager / Business Analyst Your tasks Collecting, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements Translating these requirements into clear ICT requirements Modeling and optimizing end-to-end processes (BPMN) Operative support in the areas (30% - 40%): ongoing process analyses, maintenance of process documentation, and functional representation in projects and committees. Interface between project management, application management, development, departments, and partners. Creating decision-making bases, e.g., impact analyses, variant comparisons, process dependencies, and effort estimates for ICT and functional projects. Your profile Degree in computer science, business informatics (FH, HF) or equivalent qualification and professional experience as well as in-depth knowledge in business analysis and requirements engineering Ability to understand, model complex business processes, structures, and data flows, and to systematically identify weaknesses Confident handling of process modeling (e.g., BPMN), collection techniques, and the creation of requirements Ability to collect requirements with the departments, moderate workshops, and prepare results clearly for ICT and stakeholders Independent and structured way of working; high social competence for working at the interface between the student administration staff department and ICT Our offer Versatile activity in a dynamic environment Interface function between ICT and functional department Support for functional and personal development Family-friendly employment conditions We look forward to receiving your complete application documents.
