The Adult and Child / Adolescent Emergency Centers of the Inselspital are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Patient management supports the treatment team around the clock in the administrative area. You will strengthen our team in the Adult and Child / Adolescent Emergency Centers in 24h shift operation. What awaits you <br /> • You reliably record and maintain patient data in the Epic and SAP IS-H systems • You ensure cost coverage for emergency admissions, thereby supporting a smooth administrative process • During night operations, you take over the management of the Inselspital telephone switchboard and are an important contact point for internal and external inquiries <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • You have experience in administrative activities, ideally in a hospital or healthcare environment, and bring basic knowledge in the social insurance sector • You remain calm even in hectic situations, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview • You have good MS Office skills and are confident in handling digital applications • You communicate professionally and friendly with patients and relatives in German, English, and French • You are flexible and ready to work in 24/7 shift operation, including early, late, and night shifts as well as assignments on weekends and public holidays <br /> Our offer <br /> • Meaningful work in a demanding interdisciplinary environment with a dynamic 7 x 24-hour operation • A structured introduction and support in your new task. • A varied activity with responsibility at the interface between patients, relatives, and various professional groups • A collegial team and an environment in which reliability and cooperation count <br /> Questions about the position?
