Head of Market and Customers (80%-100%) YOUR MISSION WITH US You lead the "Market and Customers" department (approx. 20 employees) and are responsible for the strategic and operational further development of sales and customer administration You continuously develop the market development, customer strategy and the service offering together with the Lausanne office and open up new business opportunities You ensure effective and efficient market development as well as professional customer management in daily business and implement budget and annual targets in a goal-oriented manner You control the cooperation with sales partners, key customers and internal organizational units and ensure high data and service quality You lead, empower, coach and develop your team and promote a performance-oriented, open team culture You ensure the continuous optimization of processes, key figures and quality standards and drive innovation and digitalization forward You act as a sparring partner to the executive management and represent Certas towards customers, partners and in the market WHAT YOU BRING You have a completed degree (Uni/FH) or a comparable education, ideally in business administration, Sales/Vertrieb or Customer Relationship Management You bring at least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position in sales or customer management You are familiar with the management of sales partners, key customers and complex stakeholder networks You master German at a native level, or at least at B2 level is mandatory You work data-based, use key figures specifically to control your area and derive effective measures from them You think strategically, act pragmatically and implement changes consistently and sustainably You are a strong-communicating, integral and entrepreneurial-minded leader with high customer orientation WHAT WE OFFER Responsible key role with direct influence on the market and customer development of Certas AG High scope for design in a growing, meaningful and security-relevant environment Close cooperation with the executive management in strategic matters as well as with sales partners, key customers and other Certas locations Attractive employment conditions and benefits including a performance-oriented bonus model Central location in Zürich with very good connections to public transport Are you the person we are looking for?
