The Association SemoNord in Yverdon-les-Bains aims to promote various service offers intended for participants aged 15 to 25 looking for professional training. L’Atelier Chocolat offers a wide range of artisanal products made with care and passion, from chocolate to savory dishes, for catering services or as gifts. As part of the temporary replacement of an employee, we are looking for a • Baker-pastry chef-confectioner CFC (m/f) Start date: immediately Position at 80% - Presence from Monday to Friday, with leave on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons Fixed-term contract - temporary replacement, duration to be defined Main missions: • Produce bakery items, pastries, confectionery, and chocolate according to quality standards. • Participate in organization and catering services. • Guarantee compliance with HACCP and quality standards. • Collaborate with the sector team to optimize production and service. • Supervise participants in the workshop Profile sought: • CFC as a pastry chef-confectioner or equivalent training. • Confirmed experience in chocolate making and catering service. • Category B driver's license mandatory. • Ability to work in a team. • Rigor, sense of organization, and autonomy. • Strong interest in socio-professional support.
