Technician: Operation & Customer Support

Technician: Operation & Customer Support (m/w/d) You ensure that our solutions work reliably in healthcare institutions in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria - in daily use, close to people, and directly on site with customers. From assembly to commissioning to technical support, you accompany our products throughout their entire life cycle. Your tasks Assembly & Operation Independently manage warehouse management and inventory in the ERP system Conduct inventories and quality control from goods receipt Assemble and manufacture orders Support prototyping, proof-of-concept setups, and special setups Customer Support & Field Service Independently conduct customer deployments on site (troubleshooting, spare parts replacement, repairs) Train users in the operation of our products Process and follow up on support requests in the ticketing system Competent contact person for technical questions Deployments in the DACH region What you bring A technical basic training or practical experience in a technical environment (e.g. electrical, electronics, medical technology or similar) - also career changers with strong practical relevance are welcome.
