Then Manuela and her two-person support team look forward to getting to know you and perhaps being able to welcome you soon as a Customer Service Representative (a).

What awaits you

• Managing the general email address as well as receiving customer calls
• Recording and completing sickness and accident reports as well as independently processing KTG and UVG benefit cases including arranging daily allowance benefits
• Checking and settling medical costs and doctor invoices
• Collaborating with the sickness daily allowance and accident benefit teams as well as with external partners e.g., the invalidity insurance

What you bring

• Completed commercial or paramedical training as well as experience in customer service or in a service-oriented environment
• Sound knowledge of MS Office as well as enjoyment in working with IT systems
• Proficient German, other national languages an advantage
• Enjoyment in making contacts, setting priorities and thinking in networks
• Efficient and independent way of working as well as flexibility and resilience in demanding situations
