You will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and manufacture of various bakery and pastry products, from setup to baking and finishing. You will ensure respect for recipes, manufacturing methods as well as quality and presentation requirements of the products.

Autonomous in your organization, you will be able to plan your production, manage priorities and guarantee the regularity of manufacturing. You will also ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of your workspace and equipment.

We are looking for a person with proven experience in bakery and pastry, mastering manufacturing techniques and capable of working effectively with a minimum of supervision. Your seriousness, your sense of organization, your rigor and your ability to adapt will be essential qualities to succeed in this mission.
