Financial Planner

Main mission
We are currently looking for a Financial Planner to join a dynamic structure based in Morges.

In this role, you will support your clients in their financial and wealth management decisions by offering solutions adapted to their life goals. You will develop your portfolio, build relationships of trust, and actively contribute to the growth of your activity.

Your responsibilities
Analysis and consulting:
Identify the financial needs and objectives of clients
Perform comprehensive financial analyses
Propose strategies and solutions adapted to clients' projects

Monitoring and support:
Ensure personalized long-term support
Monitor the evolution of financial situations and adjust strategies
Maintain a relationship of trust with clients

Business development:
Develop and maintain your professional network
Identify new opportunities and expand your client portfolio
Actively participate in the development of the activity
Evolution and management (eventually)

Possibility to build and supervise your own team
Participate in the strategic development of the agency

Profile sought
Education:
Degree from a higher education institution or university or CFC with professional maturity

Assets
AFA certification or IAF diploma - brevet
Strong interest in finance and financial planning
Skills

Interpersonal skills and consulting sense
Structured mindset and results orientation
Ability to develop and maintain a professional network

Languages and conditions
Fluent French
Another national language or English is an asset
Permit B or C and residence in Switzerland
