Key function: your role will consist of finding profiles.

Talent Sourcing specialist Sourceur de Talents M/F at 100% Genève

Sourcing & Recruitment :

• Definition of needs, writing of advertisements.
• Active sourcing: adapt your search techniques according to the profiles and source on different channels
• Selection of the best talents
• Sorting of CVs + responses
• Conducting pre-selection interviews (by telephone or video) to qualify skills and evaluate candidate motivation
• Pipeline talent pools: Develop and manage a community of qualified candidates to anticipate our future needs
• Working in close collaboration hand in hand with talent advisors to understand the technical challenges of the positions and find the best candidates for open positions
• Administering tests to candidates in support of consultants and synthesis/writing of results

Administrative Management :

• Creation of orders, advertisements, publication.
• Monitoring of client and candidate files.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment ideally in a placement agency: 2 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position as a sourcing officer, recruiter in Switzerland.
• Technical knowledge of technical industrial professions
• Skills: Excellent mastery of IT tools.
• Knowledge of CCT
