What awaits you

• International sales administration, in particular receiving, recording, checking, processing and forwarding customer orders
• Recording and forwarding technical inquiries to Research & Development, Quality Control, Application Technology
• Written and telephone contact with customers, subsidiaries, representatives
• Interface between field sales, production planning, quality control and freight forwarding
• Supporting the Key Account Managers and the sales management
• Data maintenance and maintaining statistics

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in international order processing is an advantage
• Very good MS-Office skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills in English are required, further language skills are a plus
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working
