Tasks ###

• Independent processing of customer inquiries and orders
• Creation and active follow-up of offers and order confirmations
• Interface communication with internal departments and external partners
• Maintenance and updating of article and customer data in the ERP system
• Support with technical inquiries as well as processing of complaints
• General administrative activities to relieve the team

Requirements ###

• Completed technical basic training with commercial further training
• Professional experience in technical indoor service or in order processing
• Familiarity with industrial processes and products
• Strong technical understanding and interest in technical solutions
• Structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused way of working
• Team spirit and enjoyment of a versatile everyday working life

IT ###

Very good knowledge of MS Office

Languages ###

German: Native language
French: m+s good knowledge
English: m+s good knowledge is an advantage
