Co-Team Leader: Driving Staff

Do you want to actively contribute to the further development of PostAuto and take on leadership responsibility in a modern co-leadership model?
As Co-Team Leader: Driving Staff at the Ilanz location, you will shape the leadership and development of the driving staff together with your co-leader. Together, you bear responsibility for a stable and high-quality driving service and share leadership tasks in a partnership and at eye level.

What you can achieve

• Together with your co-leader, you lead, motivate, and develop the driving staff and ensure a positive and appreciative working environment.
• Together with your co-leader, you ensure that the personnel resources for the driving service are provided on time and in high quality.
• You accompany employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle – from recruitment and induction to individual further development.
• You keep an eye on relevant key figures such as absences, time balances, and fluctuation and initiate optimization measures if necessary.
• You handle complaints, irregularities, and special operational situations professionally.
• You support the functioning of the local operations and work closely with the control center, personnel scheduling, operational planning, and fleet management.
• In addition to your leadership role, you take on driving services yourself for 50%, whether fixedly planned or to bridge bottlenecks.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training (EFZ) and have completed further training as a specialist in management (Führungsfachfrau or Führungsfachmann) with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or a comparable qualification – or you are prepared to complete this in the near future.
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage, but not a requirement – more important is your motivation to take on responsibility and to develop yourself.
• You enjoy working in a team and appreciate exchange as well as partnership-based cooperation in the co-leadership model.
• With your communication skills, you bring people together, conduct dialogues at eye level, and find sustainable solutions even in difficult situations.
• You are capable of handling conflict and always act professionally and confidently in negotiations and discussions with employees, supervisors, representatives of the PEKO and/or social partners.
• You are an organizational talent and have the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• You possess a driving license category D or are prepared to obtain it.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge of a second national language.
