To strengthen the after-sales team of our Meyrin (Geneva) branch, we are currently looking for an Automotive After-Sales Service Advisor. Your mission: You will be responsible for handling all tasks related to after-sales customer follow-up. DETAILED MISSION: 1. Commerce Record and schedule appointments and, if necessary, reserve a replacement vehicle for the customer Receive the customer, record their requests, and transmit their needs to the Workshop Manager For replacement vehicles, establish a contract, complete the vehicle inspection with the customer (upon departure and return) and invoice the rental Ensure the promotion of peripheral services and follow up on commercial actions Establish the customer's commercial warranty claims with the manufacturer Ensure strict adherence to the customer's commitment to the announced price Establish the invoice Explain the work done when returning the vehicle Ensure warranty follow-up 2. Management - Organization Apply and control the implementation of procedures by mechanics Monitor the results of your activity (sales figures, productivity, quality) and follow up on corrective actions Ensure adequate supply of parts Ensure quality control of interventions before customer return Monitor ongoing repair orders Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the replacement vehicle fleet Your profile Successful experience of 2 years in an Automotive After-Sales Service Advisor position in a car garage Excellent command of French, both spoken and written Professional English language skills Strong commercial aptitudes and developed sense of customer satisfaction, dynamism, motivation, relational ease, integrity, loyalty, and punctuality Ability to manage stress, comfortable with computer tools and administrative tasks Passion for the automotive sector Workplace: Meyrin Desired start date: September 2026 Are you motivated to join our team?
