Your main tasks:

• Processing of applications, contracts and mutations in the property & liability segment
• Second-level support for written and telephone customer inquiries
• Examination and processing of claims in cooperation with specialists
• Maintenance of master data and active participation in process optimization
• Interface function between customers, partners and internal departments (DE/FR)

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training (ideally insurance), VBV certificate or sound industry experience
• Practice in customer service or back office with a focus on property & liability insurance
• Confident German and very good French skills (mandatory)
• Digital mindset (proficient use of CRM systems and MS Office)
• Exact, solution-oriented way of working as well as high service orientation
