We act to restore and maintain their health in their environment while developing community initiatives aimed at improving the living conditions of people vulnerable in their mental health. - 100% / Department of socio-cooperative workshops Your Action Member of the Executive Committee and placed under the authority of the General Management, you lead the Department of Socio-cooperative Workshops. You guarantee the quality of socio-professional support, the operational performance of the workshops and the balance between the social mission and the economic requirements of the activities. Direct link to the General Management, you translate institutional orientations into operational objectives, support teams, steer results and report in a structured and proactive manner. Your main responsibilities: Contribute to the strategic orientations of the Foundation and ensure their implementation in the department. Steer the social, operational and economic activities of the workshops. Guarantee the quality, traceability and compliance of socio-professional support services. Supervise, support and empower teams. Ensure budgetary steering, controlling and monitoring of performance indicators. Guarantee efficient planning of human and material resources. Anticipate risks, deal with discrepancies and implement necessary corrective measures. Prepare analyses and recommendations useful for the decisions of the General Management Your Profile: Professional skills Tertiary ES training in a hospitality, technical, economic or equivalent field; training as a socio-professional instructor is an asset. Recognized training in management and proven experience in leading managers and multidisciplinary teams. Mastery of budgetary steering, controlling and the management of production or service activities. Knowledge of LAIH/LAI systems as well as the Vaud social and economic network. Excellent writing skills and mastery of steering, reporting and project management tools. Category B driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable. Personal and managerial skills Assertive leadership and ability to decide, frame, delegate and empower. Institutional loyalty and ability to act in direct support of the General Management. Capacity for analysis, anticipation and formulation of operational recommendations. Rigor, organization, priority management and respect for deadlines. Managerial courage and entrepreneurial spirit compatible with the social mission of the Foundation.
