Our client is an international group based in Switzerland, active in several markets across the world. Its multicultural and constantly evolving environment offers a stimulating framework for HR professionals wishing to evolve in a high-responsibility role.

As part of its development, our client is looking for a Global HRBP Manager – Strategy & Development. Reporting directly to the HR management, you will hold a cross-functional position combining strategic support for global teams, management of HR operations at the Swiss headquarters, and steering compensation topics.

Your tasks at your new employer

• Define and deploy global orientations regarding compensation and benefits.
• Be a preferred interlocutor for executives and support them in their HR decisions.
• Supervise HR activities at the Swiss headquarters and guarantee the quality of the employee journey.
• Develop processes related to talent management, succession, and performance.
• Lead strategic recruitments as well as international mobility and internal evolutions.
• Supervise specialized resources in HR operations and compensation.
• Advise managers on organizational, engagement, and retention issues.
• Ensure compliance with the Swiss legal framework regarding employment, payroll, and social insurance.

You offer your new employer

• Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in an international and matrix environment.
• Solid expertise in compensation, job classification, benchmarking, and variable compensation systems.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering with senior executives and international functions.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law, payroll, and social insurance.
• Experience in management and supporting HR professionals or specialists.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• A university degree in human resources, management, or an equivalent field, as well as perfect mastery of French and English.
