Your main tasks You are the friendly voice on the phone and the first point of contact for our customers at the reception You ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing mail You create tailor-made offers based on our templates You undertake professional invoicing and accounting of our projects You receive repair orders by telephone and in writing and always maintain an overview You coordinate the orders and forward them in a goal-oriented manner to our service technicians You support appointment scheduling and ensure that our customers are optimally cared for You assist with general office work (filing, archiving, etc.) You participate in our marketing activities – from social media posts to events.
