Specialized General Liability Claims Manager
In the Customer Operations sector, you participate in shaping the experience of customers who have suffered a claim and receive benefits. Our customers are at the center of our concerns and we seek, with them, a solution adapted to their needs. What awaits you
You are the primary contact for our customers in the processing and management of claims in the fields of private and corporate liability, motor insurance with bodily injury, as well as boat insurance
You are responsible for the clarification of facts, the assessment of coverage and liability issues, the verification and settlement of claims as well as the recognition and establishment of recourse
You systematically place customers at the center of your concerns and respond to their needs. You communicate, both by telephone and in writing, with the insured, the injured parties, lawyers as well as with other insurance companies
What you bring
You have a commercial training or equivalent training, preferably in the insurance sector
Professional experience in claims processing and/or underwriting in the liability (private/corporate) or motor insurance sectors with a private insurer is an advantage
You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You enjoy contact with customers and like to accompany them in the search for solutions
Native French speaker, you ideally have good knowledge of German
Team spirit, reliability, autonomy and efficiency are qualities that define you
You demonstrate openness to change and consider it as an opportunity
