Our client is an established, internationally active industrial company based in the Aargau region and part of a globally active corporate group. Quality, technological innovation, and a partnership-based cooperation characterize the corporate culture. To strengthen the local management team, we are looking for a committed individual as HR Business Partner, effective immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
As a member of the local management team, you report directly to the CEO and lead a small HR team.
You develop and implement the local HR strategy in accordance with the company objectives and are responsible for the HR budget.
You design compensation and benefits structures and monitor payroll, tax compliance, and reporting.
You manage recruiting, employer branding, onboarding, as well as internal talent development through targeted training and career paths.
You coach managers in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement and actively help shape the corporate culture.
You ensure legal compliance (CH labor law, GDPR) and maintain relationships with authorities, unions, and industry associations.
You manage the HR systems as well as the authority portals (SUVA, AIHK, pension institutions, KTG) and manage external service providers.
You create KPIs and the group reporting for management and are responsible for reception including internal staff events.
Your profile
Completed education and further training in the field of Human Resources (federal specialist certificate or diploma in HR management) or equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR leadership position, ideally in an industrial SME or corporate environment.
Sound knowledge of labor law, the social insurance system, and the GDPR.
Experience in a matrix organization with global or regional HR teams is an advantage.
Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
Discretion, integrity, and strong service orientation.
