La Banque Raiffeisen Lausanne Haute"-Broye"-Jorat is pursuing its development and strengthening its presence with wealthy clients in the region. We continue to invest in and expand our team, which is why we are looking for a Relationship Manager Private Banking / Wealth Management Advisor dedicated to the HNWI segment domiciled in Switzerland, with an excellent knowledge of the Romand market.

What awaits you?

• Provide global and personalized support to wealthy clients domiciled in the region.
• Develop your own portfolio through your network, while developing business with people who are already clients of our Bank.
• Propose tailor-made investment solutions aligned with the Bank's strategy.
• Analyze clients' assets, investment advisors, and support them for their needs in financing, taxation, providence, and retirement.
• Represent the Bank at regional events and strengthen its visibility.
• Collaborate with the different internal segments in order to offer a complete wealth management approach.

What do you bring?

• Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience in HNWI wealth management in Switzerland.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lausanne region and an active local network.
• Higher banking education, ideally with SAQ CWMA certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a firm commercial sense, and a results-oriented approach.
• Autonomous, proactive personality endowed with a real entrepreneurial spirit.
• Very good command of French, good knowledge of English.
