The Yooji's Manufaktur, which belongs to the Two Spice AG, offers a diverse and exquisite range of Sushi, Sashimi and much more. The production site of the Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 employees. Daily, various delicacies are pre-produced and delivered several times a day to the Yooji's restaurants and stores. Also, specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as Sushi, Poké, Onigiri and vegan fine food are produced for Coop and are available nationwide directly at Coop. Do you want to be part of our team?
