Workload 50-100% Contract permanent Start date immediately or by arrangement Tasks You record telephone and written customer orders in the ERP system You process quality complaints, clarify them internally, and inform customers about the current delivery status You assist our demanding customers on the telephone or via written medium You assist webshop customers and advise them on the self-service possibilities of Transgourmet. You support internal customers according to the service catalog and processes. You recognize customer needs, record them, and pass them on Requirements You have a completed commercial apprenticeship, training in customer dialogue, or an equivalent training You bring initial professional experience in a comparable function – ideally in the food and/or gastronomy sector You are proficient in handling IT tools as well as digital products and systems (e.g., webshop and apps) German is your native language and you have very good Italian and/or French skills (level C1) You have excellent written as well as oral communication skills and formulate confidently, solution-oriented, and error-free You have high social competence and work carefully and precisely You have healthy assertiveness and strong resilience You are flexible. Our availability is from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:30 and on Saturday from 07:00 to 12:00.
