Your tasks

• Coordinating and further developing processes and systems
• Leading and supporting the team in the sales back office
• Promoting the professional as well as personal development of employees
• Conducting regular employee appraisals
• Driving digitalization with a focus on the optimal and efficient use of the ERP system
• Processing customer inquiries and orders from the offer to the invoicing
• Organizing appointments, recording vehicles, issuing workshop orders as well as processing complaints and customer concerns

Your profile

• Technical basic training, ideally with 2-3 years of professional experience in service or sales in the automotive industry
• Further training as dipl. Betriebswirtschafter HF, Verkaufsfachmann, Techn. Kaufmann, Handelsschule or comparable further training
• Advantageously leadership experience as well as experience in the sales back office (trading or service company)
• MS-Office as well as ERP and CRM knowledge
• Structured, careful and solution-oriented way of working as well as a calm manner, even in hectic situations
• Conscientious and committed personality with a clear leadership and communication style
• German: proficient (C2) / advantageously French: good (B2)
