Job Information ###### Work location: Glarus Workload: 80-100% Tasks: Your opportunities with us... you are the first point of contact for our employees and take over first- and second-level support - by telephone, via the ticketing system and on-site; you analyze malfunctions, resolve them independently or coordinate further processing with the responsible specialist departments; you support around 650 computer workstations as well as our clinical and administrative applications and ensure smooth operation; you install, configure and maintain hardware, software, network components as well as communication and peripheral devices; you ensure that hardware, software, license and inventory data are maintained completely and up to date; you advise our employees competently on IT issues, recognize their needs and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions; you actively participate in exciting IT projects and contribute your ideas to the further development of our IT environment You fit us if... you have completed training as an Informatiker*in EFZ (platform development, operating IT or ICT specialist) or a comparable training with corresponding professional experience; you have already gained experience in IT support and in the support of Windows client environments; ideally, you have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/MECM or comparable technologies; knowledge of the ERP system Opale is also an advantage; you enjoy contact with people and see yourself as a service provider - for you, the needs of our employees are the focus; you communicate friendly, understandably and at eye level at all times, even in demanding situations; you work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and also keep an overview when things get hectic; team spirit, initiative and the willingness to learn new things characterize you Required Skills ###### • Hardware • ERP • Support • MECM • Ticketing • Active Directory • Informatiker EFZ
