Your Profile:

• Proven experience in floor/service management, ideally in a high-traffic setting (catering, tourism, events)
• CFC as a catering specialist or training deemed equivalent, with successful experience as a head of floor or assistant floor manager
• Sense of contact and welcome, you know how to create a relationship of trust with customers
• Holder of the Fribourg license an asset
• Oral knowledge of German and English an asset

Your Missions:

• You organize service across the four restaurant areas
• You supervise, plan, and train the service staff while ensuring the quality of the welcome
• You manage orders, bar stock, as well as the cash register
• You coordinate events and groups with the kitchen and the rest of the mountain

Your way of working:

• Practical sense, organization, and rigor are proven in you
• You manage high variations in attendance without losing either quality or your smile
• You ensure a fluid and proactive link between the floor and the kitchen, so that service runs without a hitch
• You set the tone for your team by example, on the ground, in contact with customers
• Snow and wind do not scare you, restarting after a storm is a true collective adventure
