WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Analysis of the defense technology budget in the market
• Pre-acquisition in the procurement offices and with the end-users (m/f/d)
• Organization of product demonstrations with the armed forces and demand generation
• Contract negotiations with the customers (m/f/d)
• Establishment and maintenance of internal information flows between our sales structures as well as external cooperation (e.g., business partners (m/f/d)) in full compliance with compliance
• Responsibility for the development of a strategic vision of the markets in the key regions and the implementation of the respective country strategies
• Development and maintenance of close relationships with the most important customers (m/f/d) and stakeholders
• Contact person (m/f/d) for the respective country / the respective region at superior events

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Successfully completed university degree or university of applied sciences degree in the field of business administration, communication sciences, engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in business development, in sales or in sales-related areas
• Knowledge of purchasing processes (B2B) and/or procurement processes in the public sector (B2G)
• Experience with capital goods and/or the defense industry
• Very good English and German skills in spoken and written form, other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel in an international environment
• Strong networking ability and convincing and assertive personality with clear customer orientation

• 40-hour week (plus 1 hr advance time for bridge days)
• 5 - 6 weeks vacation (depending on age)
